Thomas & Tracey

One rainy Saturday morning I set off to photograph the Wedding of the beautiful Tracey (from the welsh hills) to the love of her life, Thomas. I must have said at least four little prayers en-route asking for the 'storm forecast' weather to abate for this amazing couple. I arrived at the venue and was not prepared for the huge stunning double height room that greeted me. Filled with more dressed tables than Ive ever seen before at any wedding we have been to. It was dressed to perfection, from the little handmade paper flowers, to the bird cages, simple but stunning tea light chandeliers, vintage lace covered cathedral candals and stunning vintage design cake. The room had all lights dimmed to give the effect of a candlelit wedding and it added to the romance of the occasion. When Tracey arrived the rain had still not let up, but with the biggest smile and twinkling eyes, Tracey was just so happy to marry the man of her dreams. Led by her bridesmaids in Taupe and flower girls in ivory tulle gowns, Tracey drew gasps from the enormous crowd of family and friends, she looked truly breathtaking. Walking down the Aisle to Ave Maria sang absolutely beautifully by one of her friends, Tracey looked so happy. Thomas unsurprisingly couldnt believe his eyes. Throughout the emotional ceremony they only had eyes for each other. Afterwards I was thrilled to see that the few prayers had worked their magic and the sunshine and blue clouds exploded across the skies, turning every weather forecast into a complete lie. It was incredible weather. We took the opportunity to capture memories of the hundreds of guests there to celebrate Thomas and Tracey's marriage. It was a truly special day. I would like to wish this amazing couple all the love luck, health wealth and happiness their hearts can hold. Thank you for sharing your day and your love story with us. Much Love, Lisa
