I met Lianne and Tom through a mutual friend and we met at their home and I instantly felt a big connection to them and especially their little daughter Lillie who is one of those amazing girls who definitely dances to her own tune, and she is definitely a kindred spirit.
We got together at my favourite place, Paddington Meadows to do their family engagement shoot and it was an awesome day and we had the best time ever.
Roll forward to their wedding day and to say I was excited to see everyone again was an understatement. Their beautiful day would be taking place at the incredible Sandhole Oak Barn in the stunning Congleton Cheshire countryside, with rolling fields and a breathtaking lake as the perfect backdrop.
It was the most wonderful and relaxed morning, Lillie greeted me like the long lost soul mates we were and together we told tales, we laughed a lot and like all my weddings, where im well organised, everything went exactly to plan. It turned out I knew the brides mum well, and the bridesmaids were no strangers to me either (I knew them from a previous wedding), so to be amongst old friends was a lovely blessing indeed. It wasn’t long before I would wish my gorgeous bride well and go and meet her and stand at the Altar watching her nervous Groom wait for her long awaited arrival.
Standing below stunning fairylight bound oak beams the gasps around the room heralded the arrival of Lianne and her beautiful bridesmaids. Lianne was led to her waiting groom, son Alfie and daughter Lillie who were both so amazing and beautifully behaved as they stood alongside Mummy & Daddy as they said I do. The happy couple floated back up the aisle amongst a snowstorm of confetti and smiles. We were blessed with the most incredible weather, perfect wedding weather and all the family and guests made the most of the beautiful sunshine on the deck, grass and alongside the lake.
The wonderful wedding party were treated to the most spectacular service and food by the incredibly professional and attentive staff at Sandhole Oak Barn and we laughed and smiled the day away. Dancing until sunset when I stole the happy couple for some amazing photographs.
