John, our groom is the brother of one of my closest friends. I say close but they live over 200 miles away, but the miles never really got in the way of my best friendships. John was marrying June, the love of his life at Culcreuch Castle in Fintry, just north of Glasgow. It was the most breathtaking venue and true to form, the weather was fantastic, considering either day of the wedding it was torrential rain, I do believe someone was making sure this was a wonderful day for this amazing couple. It was so stunning, a beautiful intimate wedding. June was one of those brides who just wasnt afraid of colour. She married in the most incredible deep persian green gown, which skimmed her beautiful figure. John wore a Celtic green tie and classic tailored suit and the bridesmaid (the brides beautiful daughter) wore an almost tiffany blue gown. To tie everything in the bride and venue were dressed with the most beautiful flowers in ever subtle shades of blue, blending greenery and delicate ivory roses. the Venue was perfect, the staff at Culcreuch couldnt do enough for you. I wish John and June enough love, luck, health wealth and happiness in their new married life together. Who knew you could travel 200 miles and still feel at home with family.
