I have known Helen & Graham for a long time. Helen used to live next door to our family when we were little and Graham is also a close family friend too. A chance encounter and some Cilla Black meddling from my mum introduced these two gorgeous people over 20 years ago, and the rest, they say, is history. Between them they have five amazing grown sons, their own 5-a-side football team, all happy that they are finally tying the knot.
I met the guys at the Park Royal Hotel in Stretton looking fabulous in their Peter Posh suits and raring to go. Graham has always been a bit of a comic, with a cracking dry sense of humour so I knew the day would be full of fun and laughter. Helen is the kindest and most beautiful person, inside and out, she doesn’t realise how stunning she really is, which makes her even more wonderful. So we were all thrilled that these soul mates finally decided to get married and make it official.
Led by her best friends and bridesmaids, Helen took everyone’s breath away, in her Angela Bianco gown, gliding down the aisle on her dads proud arm. It was everything they dreamed of and before long their blended family was overjoyed and finally complete. The guests showered our happy couple with confetti and I stole them away for a little alone time before getting the party started.
It was wonderful to see these two families and everyone they love most in the world celebrate this special day. It was filled with beautiful music, thanks to Emma Maudsley Vocalist, fab music, dancing and a spectacular hog roast. It was a day to remember for all the right reasons. I want to wish Helen & Graham all the love, good luck, health, wealth and happiness your hearts can hold. This is where the adventure begins, You are two of the best and It truly was an absolute privilege to share your incredible day. Love you both so much, Lisa x
