Stephen and Rebecca were given my details from a former Bride of ours, and without meeting (just speaking on the phone and by email) booked us to photograph their special day. After speaking with them both we got on like a house on fire and as we say here, they were just my cup of tea. We were definitely on the same humour wavelength and I knew photographing their day would be filled with lots of joy and even more laughter. The wedding day didn’t disappoint. The Holiday Inn Leeds/Bradford was an incredible building with a tasteful and beautiful landscaped modern addition set amongst rolling hills and stunning farmland. We had such a giggle during bridal preps and it was wonderful and refreshing that the whole time was completely relaxed fun and totally emotional. Watched by their stunning daughter Darcy, Stephen and Rebecca married in front of a large gathering of their most cherished friends and family. It was so lovely how they all managed to make us feel part of the family too, it made the whole day and night so completely special.
